Panorama Hills Water Company will provide service for your new home to be located at Lot xx - Block x - Panorama Hills, (Alpha, Beta or Altura Verde) Area - NE 1/4, SEC.31, T 3N R39, Idaho Falls, ID.

This offer to provide service comes with the following stipulations:
1. PHWC's ability to serve the above-referenced project is conditioned upon the payment of all applicable fees and ensuring the project meets the current Community Standards and Specifications and is in compliance with all requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies.
2. There is a one-time fee of $14,000 for new home hookups. This fee must be paid prior to receiving this Will Serve letter or beginning construction. As part of the fee, PHWC will install a water box and a 1” water meter at the “curb stop” water valve. If a water line and “curb stop” has not been run to the lot, the homeowner is responsible for constructing this part of the line and connection into our mainline, via a “corporation stop” water valve.
3. In addition, all new construction homeowners must guarantee that a pressure reducer and Backflow Preventer will be installed as a stipulation to receiving a water hookup.
4. PHWC is owned and operated by the community it serves, in accordance with its By-laws. Once a homeowner is hooked up to PHWC's water supply they become a shareholder of the water company.
