There are so many good things about our community we are sure you would enjoy. 

As you look at one of the many properties available, we want to make sure you are aware of Idaho law that may be unfamiliar to you.  If you are new to Idaho, or have lived in a residential neighborhood, you need to be aware of water rights law.  In essence, if an undeveloped property does not currently have a water right, it is imperative one be secured as a part of your transaction.  If in doubt, talk to your agent, potential developer or legal representative.  Bonneville County will not issue a building permit for a property that does not have a water right.
